Guaranty and Returns
The
pottery you find at this site is for the most part, 70 to 100 years
old. Typically, pottery of this age tends to show the effects of age
and handling. It is our goal to provide you with an accurate description of the
condition of each item we sell. We attempt to
describe, as well as possible, any defect that bears on value of the pottery,
tile or other item being offered for sale.
All items are
guaranteed to be as stated in their description. However, If the buyer
is dissatisfied with an item for any reason, the buyer may return the item for a full refund less shipping
costs. In the event it is clear that we have misstated the condition
of a piece of pottery, the buyer's cost including shipping will be
refunded. The buyer must notify OldPottery.com within three days from receipt of item by sending
an email to of the buyer's intention to return an item. The item
must be returned to OldPottery.com within 21 days of receipt
by buyer in the same condition as
it was originally shipped.
OldPottery.com will not accept any returns that
do not comply with the terms and conditions stated above.
OldPottery.com takes great care in packaging
and shipping of each item. All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. All
shipments are covered by insurance. You must notify OldPottery.com in the event
an item is lost or damaged in shipping. If an item is damaged in shipment, the
item must be returned in or with the same carton as shipped.
Privacy Policy
OldPottery.com values your right to privacy. Any information
collected by OldPottery.com is kept strictly confidential and is not
and will not be shared with anyone. We may collect information from
emails you send us or from information you provide when making a
purchase with your credit card on-line, over the phone or otherwise.
Only the owner, Charles Wollitz, sees any credit card information at OldPottery.com.
We may use your phone
number or email address to contact you regarding your transaction to verify information or clarify your order. In addition, we
may contact you from time to time by email to let you know about our
services and merchandise. In the event you do not wish to receive
these emails, you may notify us by return email. We will cease to
send you emails.
Credit card transactions are processed
by NOVA Systems. You should refer to their Privacy Policy to
determine how your information is handled by them.
